Artist Overview

Known universally as "The Professor of Shred," American guitar virtuoso Joe Stump has spent decades building a legendary reputation for relentless speed, neoclassical precision, and uncompromising heavy metal aggression. Whether blazing through solo records or fronting acts like The Reign of Terror and Alcatrazz, Stump is a master of high-octane fretboard wizardry in the school of Yngwie Malmsteen and Ritchie Blackmore, pushing the guitar to absolute physical limits.
