News: Loog Guitar - three string, build it yourself guitar

The Loog Guitar started as an academic project in 2010 when Rafael Atijas developed the concept as his Master’s thesis at New York University. The fact that The Loog Guitar was conceived in a university actually explains a lot about the company's culture: our main goal is not to make the most profit, but to offer a product that is unique and well-designed.

In March 2011, The Loog Guitar was launched via Kickstarter, a fundraising website for creative projects. We set the goal to raise $15,000 and instead ended up raising $65,618 from people all over the world who believed in the project and wanted to play a part in bringing this idea to life. Thanks to them, The Loog Guitar is now a reality.

Loog Guitars is driven by a passion for music and sustainable design. We source our wood only from responsibly managed forests and are committed to quality and safety standards that meet or exceed government regulations.

We also started this company because we love guitars and we believe that building them is an essential part of understanding and loving the instrument. When you build your own guitar you develop a deep connection with it. We want to share this experience with our customers and that is why The Loog Guitar ships unassembled for parents and children to build them at home.

We are thrilled and proud to offer you our guitars and we truly hope you’ll love them as much as we do.

Guitar Practice - Triad Soloing - www.joepinnavaia.com

This is a video on a Rick Graham BT and me trying to slow things down and work on using triads as a framework to improvise with. I gotta say I like the idea of it and it will take some time to work into my playing but it's worth the sweat!

Also I am using an 81' Ibanez strat style guitar and a Keeley Electronics modded DS-1 and a Boss RV 5 into a Roth 3 watt amp using a Marshall 1x12. I love it! one of the best sounds I have obtained in a while.

Really this is a small view of the Amp my buddy Brian Roth made. He deserves success for the artistry he puts into his products. Hope you enjoy.

Also check out Roth Amplifications Facebook page-https://www.facebook.com/pages/Roth-G...

For the BT please go to Rick's website and sign up on his email list.
