Background:
Jimmy Williams, strated guitar at the age of 13. His first influence was Eddie Van Halen and later Yngwie J. Malmsteen. Yngwie in particular inspired Jimmy, like many others, to practice 6 hours a day.

Jimmy conncentrated on a career outside of music undertaking a B.S. in Electrical engineering. In the evening Jimmy played in jazz big bands and studied classical and flamenco guitar. His dedication was recognised in 1994 when he was featured in the "Resume column" of Guitar Magazine.

After moving to LA Jimmy joined the "Ultimate Fighting Championship", but after sustaining some injuries Jimmy quit to pursue a musical career again. After joining band "Steel Prophet", Jimmy got a two album deal with Progressive Arts Music, releasing Guitar Concepts
