Laid back blues/rock in the key of E in two sections.
E minor pentatonic will work for section A. One of the striking features of blues influenced lead guitar is the way melody lines break the rules of accepted musical relationships. Blues lead lines use tones that fall between the major or minor scales, on this section here try bending the minor third(12th fret G sting) up slightly as you play it in a lead run.
This section goes to B major them D major, so try B minor pentatonic over the B major and include the major 3rd(8th fret G string) and D minor pentatonic over the D major again include the major 3rd(11th fret G string).
