Happy Birthday, John Petrucci!
To celebrate John's birthday this year, I've decided to put together a medley with songs from his solo albums, Suspended Animation (2005) and his latest release, Terminal Velocity (2020).
If it wasn't for John's music, I probably wouldn't be a professional guitarist today. His passion for guitar playing and pursuit of flawless technique have always inspired me to strive for excellence myself.
I was very fortunate to attend both his guitar camps in 2017-18 and learn directly from him, and those were some of the best weeks of my life so far.
Thank you John for the gift of your music.
