Leonardo Porcheddu is an Italian guitarist, composer, arranger. Extraordinary virtuoso with an impressive control of technique, expressivity and sound, his playing style ranges seamlessly from Rock to Fusion, from Prog and Jazz-Rock to Metal.
Teacher at “Percento Musica”, “Ladybird Project”, “European School of Music”, “Music Village” music schools with a wide and deep knowledge about Rock, Hard-Rock, Heavy-Metal , Progressive-Metal, Jazz-Rock, Fusion.
Leonardo recorded several studio albums, among others, with Lord Brummel, X-Hells, Chris Catena, Mistheria.
Guitarist in the “Southern Cross” Stratovarius italian official cover band with whom performed many concerts and on 2010 and 2011 he toured with the musical “Jesus Christ Superstar”as first guitarist in the orchestra.
He played live several times with keyboard wizard Vitalij Kuprij and actually recording on Kuprij’s upcoming new album “Progression”. Also, Leonardo performed on stage with several international artists such as Kee Marcello (Europe), John Macaluso (Malmsteen,James La Brie,Jorn Lande,ARK…), Doogie White(Rainbow,Malmsteen…),Tommy Denander (collaborazioni con Toto, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Vinnie Colaiuta, Steve Vai, Carlos Santana, Glenn Hughes, Steve Morse, Mick Ronson, Talisman…), Mistheria (Bruce Dickinson, RoyZ, Rob Rock…), Daniel Flores (Bobby Kimball,Goran Edman, Jens Johansson…), Mats Leven (Malmsteen, Candlemass…).
