Yngwie Malmsteen, Tony Macalpine, Vinnie Moore and David T Chastain...with albums like Rising Force, Steeler, Marching Out, Edge Of Insanity, Maximum Security, Mind's Eye, World Gone Mad, Instrumental Variations and Shrapnel Records with Mike Varney built upon the movement that was ushered in by Eddie Van Halen with Van Halen's debut and Randy Rhoads with Ozzy Osbourne's Blizzard of Ozz.
