Hailing from Chichester in the south of England, Mask Of Judas have spent the last year honing their live show to precision. MOJ’s duel guitar attack is perfectly complimented by roaming progressive basslines, off kilter drum patterns and one of the most versatile female vocals we’ve heard… imagine witnessing an argument between Angela Gossow (Arch Enemy) and Skin (Skunk Anansie) and having the balls to tape it!
Gathering new fans to the fold where ever they play, Mask Of Judas have shared the stage with TesseracT, Gutworm, No Made Sense, Shy Of The Depth, Bury Tomorrow and a whole host of others – currently in the studio laying down a new e.p for release in February, MOJ are looking to blow 2010 apart!
EXCESSUM
Exploding out of Swindon, Oxfordshire comes Excessum, a 6 headed atmospheric tech metal beast devouring all in their path! With riffs and rhythms reminiscent of Textures, Meshuggah and TesseracT colliding with synth melodies in the vein of Opeth and Porcupine Tree, Excessum are quickly establishing themselves as one of the breakout bands of 2010.
Having played with the likes of TesseracT and Surfaces among others, Excessum have proved they can mix it with the best and brightest that the UK has to offer – and now they are ready to take their astounding live show on the road!
