Derryl Gabel, Dweezil Zappa: Derryl gets a call from Dweezil!

Last month I was contacted by the world renowned guitarist Dweezil Zappa. He had some nice things to say about my youtube videos and even purchaced my 12 pack DVD coarse! A couple of weeks later we got on skype for a few hours and talked shop.
I couldn't believe I was sitting there talking with Dweezil! I remember seeing him on MTV back in the late 80s when I was just starting out on guitar. Here's what Dweezil had to say in his blog

The email he wrote me about my youtube channel is on my Reviews page. Other well known and accomplished guitarists that have ordered my DVDs are Alex Hutchings, Tosin Abasi, and Xander Demos to name a few.

Also in May I scored an endorsement with Daddario guitar strings and Planet Waves cables and straps. I use the standard 9 guage strings for electric and acoustic 10s for acoustic.
