Background:
Paolo Giordano was born in Pescara, Italy in 1962. He started playing guitar when he was 14. He started playing in blues and southern rock bands. He then discovered John Fahey, Leo Kottke, and Ry Cooder. From there he developed his acoustic style and appearing on stage with players like Pierre Bensusan, Peter Finger, Alex De Grassi and Michael Hedges.

A potted highlight of his career todate also includes playing with Michael Manring and his "acoustic guitar acrobat" tour of the United States.

He was featured on "Kid in a toy shop" working with Michael Manring on bass, Jacqueline Perkins on vocals, and Alex Acuna on percussion. In 2002 Paolo was again in the States with Michael Manring, and recorded a DVD.
