Background:
Kirk has been playing guitar since the age of 3. His earliest influence was Stevie Ray Vaughan, and later Steve Vai.
As with most guitarsists, his obsession lead him to play in various rock bands and study guitar at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and the Milwaukee Area Technical College, where he was exposed to jazz studying with Jack Grassel.
Kirks maintains a performance schedule of over 125 gigs a year and studio session work. Checkcout his web site for a more complete bio
