Background:
Nick Kellie was born in Wigan. He first got interested in music from the age of 5. He got his first guitar at the age of 11. He attended the Guitar Institute in London at the age of 16. In 1997 he won the young Hank Marvin of the year award and as a result toured Norway, Germany and demonstrated at Wembley, NIA and NEC. He has aslo played wiht members of the shadows.

As well as guitar tuition, Nick has experience of session work and gigs with a variety of different bands and solo artists including Jazz, Rock, Blues, Acoustic.

Nick went to Nashville TN where he played local musicians and with his own band with original jazz fusion band.

Influences include: Frank Gambale, Pat Martino, Scott Henderson, George Benson, Larry Carlton, Allan Holdsworth, Pat Metheney, Jonathan Kreisberg and Hank Marvin
