Background:
Ignazio di Salvo was born on the 10-12-1985 in Agrigento, a small city on the island of Sicily. He started playing guitar at the age of seven year old. He had originally begun playing Piano with the help of his mother. The nafter a few years he took up classical guitar under the guidance of Francisco Buzzurro. He first discovered rock music when he was twelve years old. At this point he took lesson in Rock-Fusion with Andrea Quartarone at the Guitar Academy of Catania. He was chosen ads one of the best students to record a CD for the Guitar Academy where he is playing a cover of a Chic Corea track. He has also attended lessons by Jennifer. Batten, Steve Trovato, Richard Smith, Walter Donatiello.. He then took private Jazz music lessons with T. Blade (guitar), S. Zenni (theory and analysis), P. Tonolo (ear training), F. Petreni (entirety music) and from these lessons his passion for the jazz grew.

At the age of fourteen he recorded his first demo with the band "the Apeiron" participating in numerous live shows . The following year he recorded his second demo with band progressive-rock "the Entropy". He also compiled his first instrumental demo entitled "Where I give the thoughts like from? " when he was sixteen or seventeen years old. THe release got picked up in fanzines and webzines like Metal Shock, Guitars, Raw and Wild, Rockeggiando.it and Truthinshredding. The composition is long, nearly forty minutes in duration.

Over the last two Ignazio has worked with a funk-acidjazz band called "the Free Sound". He then moved to Milan to get the possibility to study at CEMM with jazz players Andrea Vendramin and Walter Donatiello. Currently he is in his third year of studies in Business Economics.
