Jim Weider: telemaster

Telecaster King Jim Weider has kept up a steady pace of musical endeavors ever since replacing Robbie Robertson as The Bands lead guitarist in 1986. Now the former rock and R&B artist has surrounded himself with a top notch cast of jazz and fusion musician’s consisting of Rodney Holmes (drums), Mitch Stein (guitar) and Steve Lucas (Bass) resulting in a tight nit, groove-centric jam. Under the moniker Project Percolator the band recently issued “Pulse” featuring the single “Squirrels in Paris”. The band has played a few dates around the country to being promotion of their album.
