I figured this lick to practice all fingers hammering. Basically every note is played with hammering /pull-off techniques (not mentioned in the tab otherwise it would have been very messy to read). I pick a few notes which helps me to keep in timing. Don't lift too much the fingers. Practice at very slow tempo and repeat the part where notes do not sound. To practice crossed handed licks, just memorize the frets where your fingers land and with patience and hard practice it will come. This video is performed with a Carvin guitar and Elixir strings.
