News: dean shredder search top 50 announced... what do you think?

OK... they've short listed to the top 50 players... surprisingly... or may be not surprisingly only Doug Steele, Marc Playle, Marius Pop, Muris Varajic from http://truthinshredding.blogspot.com/ are featured. So congratulations to those guys for making the final cut. I'll leave you to decide if the others are worthy top 50 placers... note, no Andy James, Daniele Gottardo, Paco Hernandez and a myriad of impressive players...

TOP 50 SHREDDERS ANNOUNCED!!! After an extensive review by our in-house panel of judges of the 1102 shredder videos entered into this guitar contest, the TOP 50 Shredder videos have been posted. These videos were selected based on a combination of style, personality, talent, ratings, number of votes, promotional efforts (on MySpace, YouTube, banner postings etc), uniqueness and that intangible vibe that helps a musician stand out from the crowd.

Huge thanks go out to all of the fabulous guitarists who entered the Dean Guitars Shredder Search guitar contest. We loved all of the stunts, fireworks, creativity, unique musicianship and effort that each Dean Guitars Shredder put into their video.

So many videos were worthy of top 50 status, but we have to narrow the field and find our winners. So here are the videos that will now be looked at closely by Dean Artist Relations and our celebrity judges. We will post the top 15 videos from this group next week!
