Fusion guitar legend and all around British Man Alan Holdsworth incorporates a lot of guitar-triggered synth textures in his performances. It only makes sense that, when Carvin started making MIDI-equipped guitars, they'd soon make the Carvin Alan Holdsworth Signature Series HF2S Fatboy Synth Access.

The previous Holdsworth signature guitar already featured humbuckers and piezo transducers, so you could say that Carvin has increased this guitar's tonal options by 50%. You could also argue that, because MIDI-output can be used to trigger a practically infinite number of sounds, Carvin has actually increased the guitar's tonal options by ∞%.
