After a lot of experimentation, here's the proto for what is to become my sig guitar (fear not, no tacky Fred logos and the like anywhere). Another close collaboration with Jaden brought forth this fantastic instrument, of which you'll see example #2 at NAMM. :)
This is a playthrough of my song Retribution, with all guitar parts re-recorded using the proto and nearly no post-processing. Everything went through the Eleven Rack into Reaper.
Also features a botched finger which I managed to slice open with a X-acto knife yesterday. Nice way to celebrate a NGD... excuse the odd faces here and there, but my already hideous guitar faces are composed by some painful moments.
