Timo Somers (Delain/Vengeance) has unveiled his new project; Tri-Head

After playing the world famous 'Jason Becker's Not Dead Yet' Festival, Timo Somers, Atma Anur (Journey, Greg howe, Jason Becker, Richie Kotzen) and Barend Courbois (Vengeance, Blind Guardian) decided to form a new instrumental group called Tri-Head.

Timo Somers on the project:
'It is funny how this came together. Barend was working on a solo record on which I would play the guitars and I was working on a solo record on which Barend would play bass. So we then decided to make a dual album together. Shortly after that we played at the Jason Becker's Not Dead Yet festival together where we met the amazing Atma Anur. We then quickly decided to record an album as a trio (hence the name 'Tri-Head'). Most of the songs will be written by me but Barend will be delivering some killer tunes too.
