Stéphan Forté is undoubtedly a virtuoso of the most innovative of the new generation. with influences ranging from Bartok to Meshuggah, his musical horizon could be described as follows: The meeting between modern virtuosity and a deep sensitivity, operating both in the darkest corners musical.
In 2009, parallel to the output of Archangels In Black, the fourth album of his band Adagio, Stéphan finally decided to go further in his personal exploration without wanting to impose no limit music. "The Shadows Compendium" is the result of three years of hard work and reflection.
