Marco say's 'Welcome back guys, Marco Sfogli here. For this brand new package I really wanted to make something more accessible for everyone, no hyper shred involved or alternate picking licks at the speed of light to be clear, just playing over something that I found useful and very common in real life, Half Time shuffle. Most people know me as a heavy prog player but west coast pop and 80's rock is actually where my roots are musically wise so this was kinda going back home. I hope you'll enjoy learning these licks and playing over this backing track as much as I did.'

Inside these licks you'll be able to study and master Marco's approach to bending, sliding, legato, tapping, finger picking and whammy bar techniques in order to implement it into your own playing styles. On the theory front you'll be using bluesy phrasing, arpeggios, minor pentatonic, the aeolian mode, harmonic minor, super locrian and wholetone scales. You'll also find tension and release, repetition/variation, chromatic passing tones, playing the changes and much more! These licks are very 'Sfogli' but at the same time you'll come across a few ideas reminiscent of players such as Joe Satriani and Richie Kotzen.
