Sure! It's really just a Dadd9 to Bbadd9. This really does imply Dmin eolian more than anything but I thought it was cooler to consider the D a major chord so I'm using a bunch of phrygian major (hence the diminished stuff) and later some mixolydian over it. The Bb I pretty much treat like a lydian chord every time (as it would be in Dmin eolian). Hope this makes sense.
